I am surprised no one has been injured or caught some disease from inhaling all the mouse & rat feces! I have NEVER seen such disguisting conditions in my life! They should be ashamed of themselves for renting such nasty houses. We will never go to akers again. I'm amazed the health department hasn"t closed them down. Horrible, repulsive!!!

I also upset for wasting my money on this, the pics and descriptions on their website outdated and deceiving. I tried to get part of money back the rednecks wouldn't even consider, plus they showed up at 8 am the day of checkout wanting to start working on the roof, very rude!

Stayed in the sunset cabin at Jasons Place. It was very clean and well kept. Bed was comfy and full kitchen was nice. Clean dishes and appliances. Was very satisfied.
