I live in Howell County. My wife and I generally float the Jacks Fork. We are involved in the Scenic Rivers Stream Team Association (SRSTA), the one that holds the Jacks Fork Clean Up every year. This year is our 10th annual. It's always the first Saturday in June.
I also have a farm on North Ashley Creek in Texas County where we raised our family. It's close to Montauk and Cedar Grove on the Current. I have floated the Current many many times.
Our latest hobby is poling. We have poled up several sections of the Current, Jacks Fork, and Big Piney.
