I just happened upon horse trail rides on the upper Current River via the following link which is located near Cedar Grove on hwy. ZZ in Jadwin:

The only drawback that I can find with this business is that you need to supply your own horse to ride some of the 100 miles of trails along the Current River. That drawback would include my wife and I, since we don't own a horse.
Great for those who do own horses though, since I've seen the riders a lot along the upper Current stretch and have always wondered where they were coming from. If they ever start renting out trail rides, my wife and I will be one of the FIRST to be there!
