I was shocked at how bad of shape the campground was in. The grass needed cut, the dirt roads were in horrible shape, the electrical that they had at each campsite was basically a house outlet nailed to a tree. It looked very dangerous. I can't even begin to describe how filthy and vile the restrooms and showers were. The showers are some of the scummiest I have ever seen and the men's one where my boyfriend showered literally had a frog in it. Horrible horrible horrible place to stay and I wouldn't even recommend it to my worst enemy....or ex husband for that matter. I would have been better off sleeping in my car at the Walmart 20 miles away.
Ridiculous! That place should be shut down.
The only upside was that the staff was pretty nice....But nice can only take a place so far. Highly disappointed in this experience!

This was the worst campground we ever went to , and we had our kids with us! The camp ground is totally run down and the pictures must be 20 years old from what it once looked like. There was no 30 amp electric for our RV as promised & we did not stay. The price to camp was ridiculous!! You even have to pay for your own shower, and the shower & bathrooms are another story!!

I totally agree with the others. The grass looked like it had not been cut in a month and there was some even taller grass in random areas where it should have been trimmed. The toilets are a joke. I did not want to even look at the showers. We stayed in the quiet area but could here a party going all night down in Happy Hallow. Then they started the loud music agaiin at 6:30 am. We will try somewhere else next time.

This place is an absolute joke. This is the most uncared for disgusting place I've ever stayed. The owners should be forced to stay there for weekend and use the horrible facilities that they have neglected to the point of them being unusable. At the very least the women's facilities should be kept up and cleaned at least once a week. The staff was unorganized and made everything more difficult than it needs to be. Anyway if your reading to see if you would like to stay here DON'T! DO NOT BRING YOUR KIDS HERE!!!!
