HORRIBLE! we have been going here year after year and the last 3 years have been horrible. there is NO upkeep. This year the place was a little cleaner but this place is an accident waiting to happen.
FIRST off 2 years in a row they have either shorted us a raft or it took an hour for our rafts to show up. The rafts always deflate as we go down the river. There is lack of communication between workers and no CB's on the bus if something were needed (like some rafts that were missing).
SECOND- the showers close to the main store operate by quarters. only some of these showers "work." The showers that do "work" SHOCK THE CRAP out of you. Several people were complaining about it. We even felt a shock through our legs as we stood outside of the shower house. After reporting this to the store worker his response was.. "was the floor wet?" From this remark, I assume that this is a KNOWN issue. After reporting this to the owner he promised he would get it checked out. I would think someone would put a sign up that says those bathrooms were out of order but NO! SCARY!
